"RUDIS shipped these shoes with 2 different size laces. One is significantly shorter than the other. They do not have the shoes in stock for an exchange so they offered for $10 credit so I could order laces from the RUDIS website. NONE of the laces match the Superman shoes. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. 145$ pair of shoes should come with the same size laces or they should be able to make it right and they did not."
